Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Participant", "User", "You") and BNI Rajkot ("we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website bni-rajkot.in and your participation in BNI Business Expo 2027.

These Terms must be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Refund & Return Policy, which are incorporated by reference and form part of this agreement.

About BNI Business Expo 2027

BNI Business Expo 2027 is a large-scale business exhibition and networking event organized by BNI Rajkot, scheduled for April 2027 in Rajkot, Gujarat, India. The event brings together sponsors, partners, stall owners, and visitors from across the region.

• Organized by: BNI Rajkot Chapter
• Venue: Rajkot, Gujarat (exact venue to be announced)
• Duration: 3 days (dates to be announced)
• Purpose: Business networking, brand visibility, and B2B/B2C engagement
• Target audience: Entrepreneurs, business owners, sponsors, and industry professionals

BNI Rajkot reserves the right to modify event details including dates, venue, and format with reasonable prior notice to all confirmed participants.

Eligibility

To register or make a booking for BNI Business Expo 2027, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be a registered business owner, authorized representative, or entrepreneur
• Provide accurate and truthful registration information
• Have the legal authority to enter into binding agreements on behalf of your organization
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations of India

BNI Rajkot reserves the right to refuse registration or cancel a booking if any eligibility criteria are found to be unmet after registration.

Registration & Booking

All registrations are subject to availability. Completing the booking form and making the ₹5,000 payment constitutes a confirmed reservation, subject to these Terms.

• You are responsible for providing accurate name, phone number, and contact details
• Bookings are non-transferable except as permitted under our Refund Policy
• One booking secures one participation slot in the selected category
• Duplicate bookings for the same category by the same party will be cancelled and refunded
• BNI Rajkot will confirm your booking via WhatsApp and email within 24 hours of payment
• Category allocation (e.g. stall number, placement) is at BNI Rajkot's sole discretion

Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. By making a payment you also agree to Razorpay's Terms of Service.

• Booking amount: ₹5,000 (inclusive of applicable taxes where stated)
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR)
• Payment must be completed in full at the time of booking to confirm your slot
• The ₹5,000 is a deposit — the full participation fee will be invoiced separately
• GST / taxes applicable on the final participation invoice as per Indian tax law
• Payment receipts will be sent to your registered WhatsApp number and email
• BNI Rajkot does not store your card or banking credentials

Participation Rules

All participants — whether sponsors, partners, or stall owners — agree to the following rules as a condition of their participation:

• Arrive and complete stall setup within the time allocated by the event organizers
• Maintain your designated space in a clean, professional, and safe condition throughout the event
• Ensure your products, services, and promotional materials are legal and compliant with Indian law
• Obtain all necessary licenses, permits, or certifications required for your specific products or services
• Not engage in activities that disrupt other participants or the smooth running of the event
• Not solicit or distribute materials outside your designated area without prior written approval
• Comply with all instructions given by BNI Rajkot staff and event management during the event
• Ensure your team members and representatives also adhere to these Terms

Stall Owner Guidelines

The following additional guidelines apply specifically to stall owners who have booked exhibition space:

• Stall dimensions will be as per the category booked (3×3 mtr or 4×3 mtr)
• Structural alterations beyond the allocated space are not permitted
• Electrical usage must not exceed the limit specified in the stall allocation document
• Display materials must not block walkways, fire exits, or neighboring stalls
• Noise levels from audio equipment must remain within limits set by event management
• Stalls must be manned during all event hours — unstaffed stalls may be temporarily closed by organizers
• Dangerous goods, flammable materials, or prohibited items are strictly not allowed
• All waste must be disposed of within the designated waste areas provided
• BNI Rajkot is not liable for theft, damage, or loss of any goods displayed at your stall

Intellectual Property

All content on bni-rajkot.in — including text, images, logos, design, and event branding — is the intellectual property of BNI Rajkot and is protected under applicable Indian and international copyright and trademark laws.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, or use BNI Rajkot's branding without written permission
• Participants retain ownership of their own brand materials displayed at the event
• By participating you grant BNI Rajkot a non-exclusive license to use your company name and logo in event-related promotional materials
• If you object to promotional use of your branding, notify us in writing at least 30 days before the event
• The BNI name and logo are trademarks of BNI Global LLC and are used under license by BNI Rajkot

Limitation of Liability

BNI Rajkot acts as the event organizer in good faith and makes every effort to ensure a safe and successful event. However, our liability is limited as follows:

• BNI Rajkot is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your participation
• We are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to goods, equipment, or property at the venue
• We are not liable for losses arising from event postponement or cancellation due to force majeure (see Section 12)
• Our total liability to any participant shall not exceed the booking amount paid (₹5,000)
• We do not guarantee any specific level of footfall, business leads, or commercial outcomes from participation
• BNI Rajkot is not responsible for the actions, representations, or products of other participants

Participants are encouraged to arrange their own insurance for goods and equipment brought to the event.

Code of Conduct

BNI Rajkot is committed to maintaining a professional, inclusive, and respectful environment for all participants, visitors, and staff. All participants agree to:

• Treat all attendees, staff, and fellow participants with dignity and respect
• Not engage in harassment, discrimination, or offensive behaviour of any kind
• Not make false or misleading claims about products or services
• Not engage in aggressive sales tactics that make visitors uncomfortable
• Not consume or be under the influence of alcohol or controlled substances during event hours
• Report any safety concerns or misconduct to BNI Rajkot staff immediately

Photography & Media

BNI Business Expo 2027 is a public business event. By attending or participating, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• BNI Rajkot's official photographers and videographers will be present throughout the event
• Your image, likeness, stall, and company branding may be captured and used in event coverage
• Photos and videos may be used by BNI Rajkot on its website, social media, and promotional materials
• Participants may photograph their own stalls and interactions, subject to consent of others
• Photographing or recording other participants' stalls, products, or presentations without consent is not permitted
• If you do not wish to be featured in event media, notify us in writing before the event

Force Majeure

BNI Rajkot shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in fulfilling its obligations under these Terms where such failure results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters, floods, earthquakes, or severe weather events
• Government orders, bans, or regulatory restrictions
• Pandemic, epidemic, or public health emergency
• Civil unrest, strikes, or protests affecting venue access
• Venue unavailability due to reasons beyond our control
• Power outages or infrastructure failures not caused by our negligence

In such cases, BNI Rajkot will make every reasonable effort to reschedule the event. If rescheduling is not possible, full refunds will be issued to all confirmed participants as per our Refund Policy.

Amendments to These Terms

BNI Rajkot reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered participants via WhatsApp or email and will also be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date on this page.

Continued participation or use of our website following any amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must contact us to discuss your options before the event.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Rajkot, Gujarat, India.

Before initiating any legal proceedings, parties agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve disputes through direct communication or mediation. Contact us at admin@bni-rajkot.in with any concerns.
