• Booking Details: Sponsorship or stall type selected, booking amount
• Technical Data: IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited
• Communications: Messages sent via our contact form or WhatsApp

How We Use Your Information

Your information is used solely for the purpose of managing your participation in BNI Business Expo 2027 and communicating with you about it.

• Processing and confirming your expo booking or registration
• Sending booking confirmation via WhatsApp and email
• Coordinating stall allocation, sponsor placement, and partner arrangements
• Sending event updates, schedules, and important announcements
• Responding to your inquiries and support requests

Payment Processing via Razorpay

All payment transactions on our website are processed securely through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. We do not store, process, or transmit your card number, CVV, bank credentials, or any sensitive payment details on our servers.

By making a payment, you also agree to Razorpay's Privacy Policy and terms of service.

• Payment data is encrypted using 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption
• All transactions are authenticated via Razorpay's secure signature verification
• Booking amounts are ₹5,000 fully adjustable against your final invoice
• Refund requests are processed through Razorpay back to your original payment method

Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party. We share your data only in the following limited circumstances:

• Razorpay: For payment processing (name, phone, email for prefill)
• GoHighLevel (GHL): Our CRM platform for sending WhatsApp and email confirmations
• Event Operations Team: Stall assignment, logistics, and coordination
• Legal Authorities: Only if required by law, court order, or government regulation
• Business Transfer: In case of merger or acquisition, with the same privacy obligations

All third parties we work with are contractually obligated to keep your data confidential and use it only for the specified purpose.

WhatsApp & Email Communications

By providing your phone number and email, you consent to receive communications from BNI Rajkot regarding your booking and the expo event.

• Booking confirmation message on WhatsApp immediately after payment
• Email receipt with full transaction and booking details
• Event reminders, schedule updates, and logistical information
• Post-event follow-up and feedback requests

You can opt out of non-essential communications at any time by contacting us at admin@bni-rajkot.in. Transactional messages related to your confirmed booking cannot be opted out of.
